It is important for your Amazon Kindle device to be registered to a valid Amazon Account to facilitate Amazon Warranty claim process. The following are simple steps to have a replacement unit send back to your door step in Indonesia:
- Kindly email to Kindle Indonesia at Admin@KindleIndonesia.com or Whatapp your Amazon Account Username & Password to +6012 465 2232.
- Only upon when the problem is verified, you will be advised to send your Amazon Kindle device back to Kindle Malaysia Shop@Shah Alam. (Readers are advised that shipping free to send faulty Kindle to Malaysia for Warranty will be borne by the customer. )
- Usually, ten (10) working days is required for replacement unit to arrive from US to Indonesia.
