Warranty & Product Replacement

The Kindle warranty lasts for one year, starting from the day you purchase the item, as stipulated in Amazon’s warranty policy.

If you have any issues with the device within a (1) year of your purchase, you may email us at Admin@KindleIndonesia.com or contact Amazon directly (for non-Kindle Indonesia fans) to verify issue with your Kindle device.

It is important for your Amazon Kindle device to be registered to a valid Amazon Account to facilitate Amazon Warranty claim process. The following are simple steps to have a replacement unit send back to your door step in Indonesia:

  1. Kindly email to Kindle Indonesia at Admin@KindleIndonesia.com or Whatapp your Amazon Account Username & Password to +6012 465 2232.
  2. Only upon when the problem is verified, you will be advised to send your Amazon Kindle device back to Kindle Malaysia Shop@Shah Alam. (Readers are advised that shipping free to send faulty Kindle to Malaysia for Warranty will be borne by the customer. )
  3. Usually, ten (10) working days is required for replacement unit to arrive from US to Indonesia.

Goods purchased are not refundable/not returnable/not cancellable.
